90% of the people who work here do not care that they are handing you drinks that are spilling BEFORE it even gets in your vehicle. They spill the entire drive unless you're able to burn yourself immediately. These new lids are terrible and have gotten all over my car, they taste like you're drinking cardboard and plastic (because there's plastic that peels off of it from heat), and the people making the drinks fill it to the top and are fully confident in handing something that looks like this to a person in a vehicle. What’s not to love about this place! Always a smile on their face and amazing service!
Please consider greeting all customers who come in to your store, even if you are busy. People generally are more understanding about having to wait a bit if they at least feel welcomed, acknowledged and appreciated. I want to return to being a regular at this location, but am looking to see some customer service changes first. Thank you.
I will never go to this place ever again. I ordered matcha latte but was given a watered down “matcha” that was 80% ice. Took three sips and all that was left in the cup was ice. What a disappointment. Gonna go back to my boycott era.
