Starbucks is always a reliable stop, and I have a few favorites I order regularly—iced Matcha Latte and the iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso never disappoint. This season, I’ve really been enjoying their Pumpkin Spice Latte and the Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte, both perfectly cozy and flavorful. I am stunned by how rude the staff were. Chris (a heavy, older White-American man) was especially disrespectful, not only giving freebies to other customers, but also saying nasty things with a coworker whom I did not get the name of (a heavy African-American woman with a red afro).
