I was very upset with Starbucks in general for making me drive 45 minutes to return a tumbler. the locations near my home would not accept a perfectly new returnable tumbler because I didn't have a physical receipt. so I had to drive where I purchased it. I'm grateful though because I was welcomed by friendly staff. Kuddos to the the manager Joey, the return was quick and easy.

Waited 15 mints for one drink. Barista girl talked to her friends about a date for 10 mints while producing one drink in that time frame which was made incorrectly and then after 26 mints made my drink wrong. Full review needed here
