Ordered ice venti soy latte. They simply did not give it to me until I went through the line again and reordered. No contrition, it was as if they preferred i leave. Not busy. This place is poorly run. I think I bothered them. I thought I was kind. But the staff was truly oblivious to their negligence. I have lived in this town for 50 years, the disrespect of this business was epic level. Wierd.
Nice Starbucks staff was nice and the drink was good.
