Usually a great experience but today we were not happy with our drinks. Our iced pecan crunch oat milk latte had its foam very watery. I used to work at Starbucks and can tell they rushed the blending process of the foam which is not standard. It affected the quality of the drink (the crunch topping sinked to the bottom & loose foam messed with the latte’s consistency). Yeah this SB is p dope. great lighting. staff and manager all super nice and helpful. not lazy and actually attentive.
I wish my closest Starbucks was this great. Walked in. Got acknowledged by almost everyone, got my order put in and before I knew it, it was done. Keep that up Starbucks! You guys are killin it!
This location stands out to me above most because of Rhonda, Julian, and all of the other friendly faces I've encountered going here for about a year consistently. They're always helpful, the food and drinks are consistent, orders never get messed up and I feel like a "regular" there. I don't often leave reviews positive or negative, but these guys deserve to be celebrated.
