The drive thru is a waste of time we usually wait more than 20 minutes every time Unfortunately sometimes the Gps gives this location to me but I will never go back to them again
This place is such hit or miss. Mostly a miss! They don’t prioritize mobile orders. I come here a lot because it’s close to my house, but I wouldn’t if there was another one by my kids school. It’s just such bad service and the people behind the counter always seem so hectic. I always ask for light ice in my drink, they out to much so I asked them to remake it, they then with attitude remade it with no ice. GO TO THE OTHER STARBUCKS DOWN THE STREET! Those baristas deserve your tip
