No straw offered and no slippy lid???
I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks. I accidentally drove past the drive-thru speaker and went directly to the pickup window. There were no cars in front of me or behind me at the time—I was literally the only car in the drive-thru. I immediately apologized and explained that I had simply forgotten to stop at the speaker. It was Nurses Week and I wanted to treat my coworkers to coffee and pastries. This location was the closest one to my house, so I placed a mobile order for a coffee traveler that I could pick up before my commute to work. Pick up was smooth—my issue was my order itself. I ordered 2 drinks in drive thru. They messed up on one of the drinks but correctly on the light ice portion. I asked for the right drink i asked for with light ice. I know they're in such a rush trying to get all the drinks done. But i'm very clear about the light ice. And it's like either they're purposely ignoring that.And giving me ton of ice in my drink. ? ?
