The price was $4 for a cup of coffee. I ordered 2. They charged me $6.25 for each and said the prices had gone up. If I didn't need the caffeine so much I would have walked. What a rip off. The coffee was super small! And it wasn't even on the board.
Stupid guy put a tip right on the check without my consent, I realized it when I walked away and checked the order amount in the app. I'm not petty enough to come back and make a fuss over $3 but this is just awful
I ordered a cup of iced Americano,and they gave my coffee to someone else, and I kept waiting. I told the lady that my bus was about to leave. I waited for ten minutes more,and everyone who arrived later than me took the coffee. This was ridiculous. I kept asking that it was time for me, but no one solved the problem. Finally, I left without getting the coffee. It was a terrible experience, and I even fell down to catch the bus that left immediately. My worst Starbucks experience！！
