On August 28th, my friends and I placed a mobile order just a few minutes before arriving. When we pulled up, there were no cars ahead of us or behind us. The barista immediately scolded us for not giving them enough time before pulling in the drive through and said we should have waited longer in the parking lot because their new algorithm needed to catch up. Waited in the drive thru line for a caramel apple spice just for them to tell me they had no apple juice. There was no way to get out of the drive thru so I had to wait to get to get out of the line. This is asinine.
I don’t really ever write reviews but I feel like this needs to be addressed, I used to work at Starbucks and I understand policies but this was just not it. The lady at the window did not have an apron on so I couldn’t identify who she was, I asked her about my order to clarify why my drink was rang out like it was and she did explain which is fine and then she walked away, no conversation at all at the window besides that, I felt very unwanted and not welcome, they didn’t write on my cup, my drink tastes very close to swam... read more
