i drive from Mount Vernon to here to get my vinti quad mocha almost everyday. I wouldn't make the trip if it wasn't awesomeness. Almost all the baristas know my order so the majority of the time i don't have to say anything but swipe my card. They definitely go above and beyond to make me have a good experience. I think they are underappreciated for what they have to deal with, and they still do it with a smile and a little friendly conversation.

I usually have a great experience here. Today the young lady working at 2:00 pm. Was very unfriendly, looked annoyed, acted put out by doing her job, and didn't even make the correct drink. There was no line so she was not busy. I did not have her correct my drink as I did not want to "bother/put her out" even more. About half way to Mount Vernon my husband tried his caramel macchiato and it did not have much flavor. Today was probably the worst experience I have ever had at a Starbucks.

The drinks are hardly ever consistent here. I normally order directly off the menu + one addition. I wouldn’t care so much if the items weren’t so expensive. I like my little girly treats. 🎀 (but I don’t like asking them to remake it because I feel like it’s wasteful, so I deal) This Aurora location is also the only Starbucks kiosk I’ve felt like an inconvenience walking up to the barista. She wasn’t rude to me by any means, just a little unapproachable.
