When my husband and I approached the counter, the lone employee was washing dishes right in front of us. We waited patiently, not long, before Susan turned around to help us, directly leaving the dish water, no hand washing. We placed our order and she reached for the cups. I asked her pleasantly if she could please wash her hands. Her response was I just took them out of dish water. The newer looking girl that was working this morning was super rude. I had order two bakery items and yes they didn't have it but as I wasn't gonna get a refund, I wanted to replace them and She said I see you get these all the time with suchs attitude that wasn't need. I'm sorry I like them? I figured you know they would want us to buy from that company. Love the older ladies pretty nice. These little girls tho gotta go.
Horrible service. Stood at the counter for 20 minutes then watched the manager send the third worker to take trash out instead of taking the line of orders. They do not know what to properly prioritize. Will not be returning.
Kudos to my favorite barista Kylie at Aurora location Starbucks! She always makes my Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso so perfect! She is friendly and prompt every single time I’m in there. She even took time to change out the lid on my daughters Iced Carmel Macchiato because the first one wasn’t sealing properly. Her great attitude made my day!!!!
