Horrible service. Stood at the counter for 20 minutes then watched the manager send the third worker to take trash out instead of taking the line of orders. They do not know what to properly prioritize. Will not be returning.
Kudos to my favorite barista Kylie at Aurora location Starbucks! She always makes my Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso so perfect! She is friendly and prompt every single time I’m in there. She even took time to change out the lid on my daughters Iced Carmel Macchiato because the first one wasn’t sealing properly. Her great attitude made my day!!!!
i drive from Mount Vernon to here to get my vinti quad mocha almost everyday. I wouldn't make the trip if it wasn't awesomeness. Almost all the baristas know my order so the majority of the time i don't have to say anything but swipe my card. They definitely go above and beyond to make me have a good experience. I think they are underappreciated for what they have to deal with, and they still do it with a smile and a little friendly conversation.
