I normally give this location good ratings, but today was a very disappointing and painful experience. I ordered a hot coffee with cream. As I was placing it into my car’s cup holder, the lid came loose (either it wasn’t secured properly or the lid quality is poor), and the hot coffee spilled all over my right leg, car seat, and clothing. It was extremely hot and caused a burning sensation on the top of my leg and right side, extending to my hip area. This location offers great good options, especially for breakfast. The Service has always been extremely friendly and helpful. This location Atmosphere is nice, whether you choose to set inside or out, you'll find it very comfortable. I enjoy this location for it's great service.
WHAT DID YOU DO to the Chai??? Venti chai latte no water extra hot has been my go-to for YEARS. Just getting back my taste buds after chemo. Couldn't wait to get my chai latte, it was DISGUSTING. HOT MILK WITH A FAINT HINT OF SPICE AND ZERO SWEETNESS. Starbucks should be ashamed for charging money for this.
Awful service. Drinks are always wrong. I order sugar free for a reason. I don’t get it. We ordered the same drink. The same exact drink. These are two different drinks, I must be blind.
