Big Stone Gap Starbucks is one of the friendlier and Hospitable franchises. The know my drink before I even order. My 5 yr old loves to visit just to go talk lol. Thank you Heather, Tasha, Ava, Jordan, Liz, Peyton, Kelly, Haley and many more
Friendly servers and accuracy on my order. No complaints. 3 stars for atmosphere as this location is inside a grocery store. This is pretty common but not exactly the coffee house vibe if you are looking to sit and enjoy a cup vs taking something to go.
