Ordered a Venti, pretty much got a Grande (as it wasn't even close to being a full cup). Tasted like this location used 2 or 3 day old coffee and burnt it reheating. Should have had flavor as it was a shaken expeeso and it tasted nothing like the flavor. Also the young girl was more interested in counting her tips rather than taking my order as I approached the counter. A miss on all aspects.
