I ordered two frappe's two cheese, danishes, one cake, pop, and an oatmeal and apparently the order was too complicated for the large Hispanic woman behind the drive-through and she continued to ask me if I wanted anything else and rushed through my order once I got to the window and received my order someone else passed over my bag did not greet me did not say have a nice day was not polite at all no smile passed over my bag of oatmeal. If I could give less than a 1 start I would. Fatima the barista seemed to be irritated that I had placed a mobile order and went through drive though to pick up instead of going into the store. I just started using the app so I was not aware I could pick in store or drive through pick up. When I picked up drink I said thanks so much, she said yep and walked away. Ordered at 8:31. Just had a bacon Gouda and a hot tea. Got the sandwich and it took Another ten minutes for just the tea. Ashleigh on bar was rude when I asked for my sandwich redone as it was Cold as I still didn’t have my tea. Also my cup had “text me” written on it by Ashleigh. Weird greeting
