I was on a trip out if town and came to this Starbucks for a little treat. The vanilla bean frappe I wanted was not what I received. It tasted like milk with blended ice. I took the drink inside and the staff looked at me like I was crazy when I asked them kindly to fix it. They made another but it did not taste any different and they just shrugged their shoulders at me. They were too busy trying to close up at 7:30 to make my drink properly. If I could give zero stars I would.
They don’t even deserve the one star. Girl running the drive thru is clueless. I was at the drive up window for over 10 minutes sitting said hello no reply so i drove around while she was on her phone finally got her attention and she put her headset back in and i said are u guys open she’s gonna look at me all crazy and say yeah actually we are. Like do your job and pay attention and maybe u won’t run customers off.
