Genuinely the best matcha I’ve gotten at a Starbucks. Super nice staff and great drinks❤️
On a little road-trip from Traverse City up north for the afternoon and decided to stop here. Lori and the girl she was training were both super friendly! Lori made sure my drink was made exactly right and was very personable. The girl she was training was also very kind! The location is super convenient and right at the front of Family Fare.
Don’t order from the app here. They’ll make you wait half an hour and then make you wait even longer when someone comes and complaining even though they’ve already started making your order.
despite opening at a later time than most, this shop never has workers on when they're supposed to. add to that the inability to cancel an online order, and you have wasted money. never coming here again, going to be going out of my way to head up a different shop..
