Please send help for your one lone barista. He's buried in app orders and is calling for help on the radio and not getting a response. He was very nice once we finally got to order. But wow, if you are going to do app and counter orders, staff more people.
Starbucks on the casino level. Relatively slow service, but overall good.
The male associate (or manager) working here was super nice and helpful however the other associate seemed like they were afraid to even acknowledge a customer. My drink was made wrong and when I let then know, the quiet associate who made it didn’t even look up to acknowledge it, they then proceeded to slow motion pour it out as if we kind of ruined her day or were mean. Inside of Ameristar casino. All of Three employees are rude. Looking so miserable.
Jo At Starbucks works her ass off and deserves a race. She’s always attentive and very respectful. She’s usually the only one working on some of the busiest days I’ve seen please bring her some help and pay her more money. It’s an enjoyable experience every time I see her.
