I am an opinionated consumer with a review to share. To be honest, I respect the workers here and feel that they have a large workload. Yet, this is by far the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. And unfortunately I have been to a huge amount of Starbucks in many different geographic areas. I got there, it was busy and I asked a time frame was told 10 to 15 minutes, I was there 20 minutes, my drink was not even started, so I asked for a refund because I had to get to work. I wasn't even offered an apology even though they weren't even asking the drive through people to pay anymore!! I was an awful experience...will never hit this site again!!
Wait an hour for our order and the baristas were beyond rude. Tried to talk with customer care and they didn’t even care.
Waited 25 minutes in the drive-in thru!!
