I go to this Starbucks sometimes, always in-person as opposed to the drive through, purely just to appreciate the tragicomedy of how terribly run it is. We’re talking constant backup, missed orders, incorrect orders, angry customers, a bizarre fill-three-drive-through orders to every one-in-house-order (prepare to stand around for ten minutes for your drink). Things run so so low here . I placed my mobile order way ahead. I kept waiting more than 15 mins and my order didn’t come .
