This Starbucks is awful. I've been here a few times and try to avoid going to this one if possible. The wait times in the drive-thru can be up to 20+ mins. I'm a Starbucks Reserve member and I've been to many, many busier locations. The service is probably the worst I've experienced at any Starbucks.
What a great group of People - Every person I have met at this location has been so great and kind- That's why I keep going there everyday- Companies should learn from this type of environment where customer service is everything- This location is a high volume location - not much different from Palo Alto CA. which is next door to where Facebook Was invented - I would hire anyone from this Staff from my Company -
