Great place to relax with a fresh made coffee. I was actually greeted by a district manager who asked me how they were doing. At the end and without asking for a review of course, he gave a gift card. It was amazing!!!! Thank you!
Second review: Again, why do i waste my money at this location. Thought I would try out their new chicken pockets. Place an order through the app. And they are out of stock when I come in. Clearly, they are not 86ing items in time when they run out. I asked for a refund to my card. The barista wanted me to use the app for a refund. Then I asked for it again to be on my card. I literally just watched the cashier say no to a mom who needed a cup of water for her young child and didn't want to pay $4.00+ for a bottle of water. She even explained that she got a mobile order earlier and they wanted proof....for a cup of water for a kid? Do better.
Man oh man. I've tried to give this starbuck so manu chances before really making a review. There is always wait time like a 15+ wait time with barley anyone in the place. My drinks more often than not are wrong and usually needs to be remade. The staff is nice enough to offer me to first one that was wrong but I never take it.
