I placed a mobile order at Starbucks and requested “light ice,” but the drink I received was filled with ice almost to the top. It felt like the customization was overlooked, possibly because this was a mobile order rather than an in-person order. I understand it can get busy, but I was expecting the drink to be made according to the request. That said, the drink itself tasted good. I’d just appreciate more attention to order details, especially for mobile orders where customers rely on accuracy.
Super rude staff and drink was incorrectly
Earlier today, I ordered the same coffee I order every day, and once again, they made it wrong. Usually, when I mention this, they remake it without any issues. However, today was different. When I told the employee that the coffee was incorrect, she insisted that it was exactly what I ordered and said it was written on the sticker. I drive 8 miles out of my way on days I am not even supposed to be there just to walk in there...slice of joy...WONDERFUL PEOPLE!!!!
