I come for the London Fog the tea is never steeped right. I've visited this location 2x, and I'm hoping they can make it right. But they can't with the teas. At least the employees were nice enough to remake my drink. They made one of my London fog teas hot when I asked for ice, and they remade it. I explained I have teeth sensitivity with hot temps, and that's why I prefer drinks cold.
While visiting your store this week, Michelle showed the most incredible piece of hospitality and I want to thank and recognize her for that! Mike
