Never a full cup if I order a latte. I’d like to get every drop of my expensive drink.
Charged me twice .. had me tap my card after already paying because THEY messed up my coffee order. The dark haired girl gave me multiple nasty looks.. when .. they.. messed up MY order. I am a big starbucks fan and come to this location all the time but charging me for something you messed up is a little crazy & totally not fair.
I just moved to the Palm Harbor area and have given this location several chances over the past week, visiting 5 consecutive days. Unfortunately, the drinks are consistently disappointing. Each time I ordered an Iced White Chocolate Mocha (no whip), the drink tasted off, with the white chocolate sauce sitting at the bottom of the cup instead of being mixed properly.
