Unable to do a dry cappuccino. I asked to remake it and it seems they only poured out the top and replaced it with some foam. That’s why I rarely go to Starbucks unless on the road and i go through their drive though. Overpriced drinks, untrained -unfriendly baristas, poor service.
Today is August 8, 2025 about 7:45 am. My coffee was not made to my preference and I asked if this was the correct item I order. The cashier said that they will remake it and I am grateful for that cashier and I thank him. What upset me was the young girl who remade it looked like she hated being there and basically threw my drink at me the best she could without spilling it and emphasized the mistake on my coffee order. I ordered cookies and a lemonade tor my 6 and 7 year old and tried to pay with cash and they said they wouldn't take a $50 because they didn't have enough cash because they were too busy today. It is not my fault that you didn't plan your money drawer better. As a manager, I would have said so sorry that's our mistake, here is your order.
