As a Doordash Driver, when we get an order, we are given so much time to pick up and deliver that order. 95% of the time I get an order for your store, its either not made or not bagged and your employees just stare and are rude. I have waited 10 to 15 minutes PAST pick up time when the order was sitting on the counter NOT bagged and getting cold. Customers complain when thwir food or hot drinks are cold or their iced/blended drinks melt. GET IT TOGETHER!
Apparently they can’t do basic arithmetic when it comes to counting change, can’t make the drinks the way they should be made, and have a bit of an attitude. Suppose since it’s Starbucks, it’s a hit or a miss and this one is definitely a miss.
Customer service could be better here.
