Nice coffee place, near I-195 and I-495, and a 10-minute walk from the medical building with the low-pitched elevator.
Literal NAIL clipping in my refresher. Disgusting, not what i wanted to pick out of my throat after taking a sip, also messed up the order.
My coffee is always correct and tastes good but the only problem is the Mobile ordering. I’ll put my order in, then a few minutes later when i show up they tell me that i can’t get in line yet because the app didn’t say my drink was ready. Does it not take the same amount of time to make a drink regardless of if it was a mobile order or ordered at the window? So why does it matter that I’m in line? Not to mention the app says it takes them 12 minutes to make my one coffee, but then i go into the drive thru and it’s done with... read more
The staff can not get it together. Most are talking and getting the order wrong.
