Prices are high for food right now, but Starbucks is gouging!! A regular ice coffee was over $5!! I used to come every day. Now, maybe once a month. Service is terrible. I waited 15 minutes for someone to put coffee in a cup while I watched multiple pick up orders walk out the door.
Nice coffee place, near I-195 and I-495, and a 10-minute walk from the medical building with the low-pitched elevator.
Literal NAIL clipping in my refresher. Disgusting, not what i wanted to pick out of my throat after taking a sip, also messed up the order.
My coffee is always correct and tastes good but the only problem is the Mobile ordering. I’ll put my order in, then a few minutes later when i show up they tell me that i can’t get in line yet because the app didn’t say my drink was ready. Does it not take the same amount of time to make a drink regardless of if it was a mobile order or ordered at the window? So why does it matter that I’m in line?
