As I was departing Duvall Starbucks on my motorcycle yesterday afternoon, I failed to successfully maneuver a slow, sharp turn, and dropped my bike. Sabine, a Starbuck's barista, came right out to help me when I most needed it. I had severely sprained my right ankle under the weight of my heavy bike. I managed to get up on my own and accepted Sabin's offer to help me upright my motorcycle. Sabine also offered to call for help. I have had many “home Starbucks” before. Many that would often remember my drink but I have been frequently coming to the Starbucks in Duvall now for about 4 years since we moved to town with this last year being more frequent than ever. Not because I started drinking more coffee but because I genuinely enjoy the staff.
