Drive thru window lacks quality assurance. 1st they forgot i ordered a drink and 2nd the man who handed me the iced latte didn't put the lid on tight so when I took the drink from him the latte leaked over the top (full to the brim) and dripped on my clothes. Also, the drink got all over the sides and bottom of the cup holder. The man working the drive thru window saw what occurred but didn't say sorry or anything. Poor customer service.
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the Strawberry Creme Frappuccino. Great service all the time!
