workers js stand there ive been late to work twice now because it takes over 20 minutes to get one drink. and they always mess something up with it too, my drink tastes different every time
I’ve never felt compelled to write a review like this, but my experience warrants it. I recently ordered egg bites from this location and was horrified to find multiple strands of colored hair baked into the food. Not just a stray hair on top, they were wrapped around my food. I called to notify the store, not because I wanted a refund (which they did offer), but because this is a serious health and sanitation issue. Costumer is service is the worst.
Amazing customer service! I mobile ordered today and as I was waiting to pick up, they asked my name for the order and I realized I accidentally sent my order to another location! Though after looking at my mobile receipt, the kind barista was able to take care of everything! I called the other location to let them know of the mix up. I was really appreciative of the great customer service this location provided!!
