I placed a mobile order and it said 8-10 minutes and that it would be ready around 4:06pm. I arrived at 4:04 and patiently waited the app said it was ready but it wasn’t until 4:16pm that I finally got it. Staff was not friendly and not efficient
I ordered my regular drink (iced brown sugar shaken espresso with, oat milk, vanilla cold foam and two pumps of vanilla syrup) and it was disgusting. This is not the first time it’s been made wrong and it’s always the same two baristas who mess it up every time. They didn’t put in enough oat milk, the drink was almost brown after I mixed everything. No vanilla syrup was added which I paid extra for, and the cold foam had no flavor which I also paid extra for, to have vanilla in. There is no reason why my drink should taste d... read more
