I went to Starbucks to order some food. I decided against ordering the caprese sandwich since I have a garlic allergy and decided to order the grilled cheese. I started feeling sick in the car so I called to have the staff double check if the sandwich had any garlic. Staff was unsure, after checking again they told me in was made with garlic cheese. WHY IS A GARLIC GRILLED CHEESE NOT ADVERTISED AS SO? NOT EVEN THE PEOPLE WORKING THERE WERE AWARE OF ITS GARLIC CONTENT?? This is not a dig to the staff at all, they were lovely.... read more
This Starbucks is horrible, almost 20 minutes for one drink. I could understand if they were busy but literally 4 persons waiting. They are just standing around. Service is Horrible!!! Making the drink bigger does not make up for the loss time.
