Extremely long line and wait and the staff was rude. I wouldn't be upset because I get it was busy, but they messed up my order twice and then gave me attitude like they were doing me a favor by fixing it
I live 3 minutes from this location and I go there every morning before work. I order the same drink every day, but lately, when I ask for less ice, that's exactly how I receive my drink – with less ice, but also less of the drink itself. I know it's only with certain employees because it doesn't happen every time, but they should prioritize their customers. When I ask for "less ice," I end up getting less of the drink too.
