I want to take a moment to recognize Bianca at this location. I came it to pick up my drink as she was making it there was a small mistake with the drink. I explained to her it’s no big deal I’m just exhausted and my daughter was having a rough day. Not only did she immediately correct my drink but also gave me a cake pop for the mix up and to turn my daughters day around. As soon as I gave my daughter the cake pop her day was better! Thank you Bianca we truly appreciate you!
The Starbucks is first class. It really feels like I’m being treated with royalty. There’s a barista named Tristan who handled all of my questions and the overall attitude here is very happy. They must be doing a great job with leadership. You can tell everyone here who wants to be here and they’re all doing a great job. Definitely ask for Tristan if you can.
I absolutely love everyone there BUT the new Chai is disgusting!!!!!! Got 1 or 2 every day and ill never go back and judging from FB and Reddit they just lost hundreds of customers including me
