I was traveling through and stopped in for an Americano with a pump of flavor and splash of cream. I was cranky. The staff was so jovial and happy that it totally turned my day around. So refreshing to have fun and friendly service!
Jasmine is awful. She threw my money at me and totally lacks respect
Jazmin, the only person who served me, was one of the most unfriendly customer service employees I have met. It was shocking. I’ve never written a negative review before, but this was compelled to do so.
I love our starbucks and so many of the staff, but one staff member jasmine has treated me and others i know poorly. She consistently has a snarky attitude with rude responses. I often avoid getting a coffee when shes on shift as 1 my drinks are never made even close to how well the other staff does them, and 2 because of her unwelcome attitude towards customers.
