Ione always is so friendly and kind. A few weeks ago I went through the drive thru with my severely autistic brother. He was very agitated and loud. Ione wrote a special message on his cup and talked with him. Ione is truly an amazing individual to provide that kind of service.
Had a really weird interaction with the worker that took my order at the drive thru. She sounded like I was a disturbance to her day and had an unenergetic, robot-like tone. I almost felt like she was messing around because who talks like that. Anyways besides that, the worker at the window was kind and my drink was really good.
Everyone is always so kind here
I seriously can’t with this store anymore. They get my order wrong every single time I go. The staff is rude and careless. I hate that this is the closest Starbucks to me!!
