If you walk in they ignore you, 6 workers and you just stand there by the register with nobody paying attention, all they care about is drive-tru and lazy people mobile orders, if you walk in you're nobody, I walked away after 10 minutes of being ignored, who trained these people? AI? World is going crazy.....
My drinks are always made as ordered. All the staff are very friendly, making it a relaxed environment. Even though they are busy, they take the time to clean. This location is actually one of the cleanest I've been to. I am updating my review because I think there is an issue they should have taken care of already. I have personally seen at least three people smash their face on the glass by mistaking it for the door. They have spilled their hot drinks on themselves and gotten quite hurt. New barista they have in the front does not know how to make coffee. I literally seen her make my coffee wrong twice and got upset when I told her both times. Instead of apologizing, she confronted me and said “I know how to make coffee” clearly not!! Told her she doesn’t, she got upset, & had another member take care of me, thanks for that , because now I have the right coffee I ordered even tho it took almost 13 minutes ! To be more specific she keeps looking at the tablet like if she’s busy.
