Getting in from the freeway is a joke.
Must be a job requirement to be rude to work here because I’ve never been treated well. I’ve never been to as bad of a location as this. As a Starbucks employee myself, y’all know damn well you don’t EVER shout from across the store “what do you want?!” To a guest. Even in the drive thru the little girl is rude. My first review was not good but after some time and communication my issue were solved. My drinks are made very well now.
The drinks are expensive so I expect to get what i order that includes extras. The employees here serve your drink the way they want it, not the way you ask. I get extra cold foam AND PAY FOR IT, and I get 1 inch cold foam!!!!! When I stated I paid for extra I was told I got extra and they only put a thin line of cold foam, so 1 inch is extra.....WHAT?!?! The pictures of their drinks show a good portion. My drink tastes awful and I tossed it. I am not used to this kind of service from starbucks. She actually argued with me! ... read more
