I’ve been here many times and I finally decided to review. This pace sucks for service every time. Takes forever to get anything and it just never gets fixed.
This morning, I went to pick up my bagel order and have my Chai Latte remade. I spoke with Salina, who was extremely rude and condescending. She gave me a disgusted look and questioned why I was coming in now to get my drink redone. However, when I spoke with a supervisor back in March, I was told I could come in at any time to have it remade. If Starbucks promised me a drink remake without expiration, that should be honored. Absolutely slowest drive thru at a Starbucks I’ve ever encountered in all my years consuming Starbucks. The baristas are usually very pleasant and nice. But it’s much faster to just order inside than to sit in the drive thru for 20+ minutes every morning.
