Nothing to really talk about!
Horrible management. I was stuck in this drive through with other customers for 30 minutes. There was no way to leave the line. I called the store, to ask if they could assist customers leaving the line. Everyone was quite upset and the store was not busy. The manager denied service to me (and others, I believe). Not just that, but top 10 rudest experiences of my customer service experiences after folks asked for assistance.
