I come here all the time, but unfortunately, my most recent experience was not a pleasant one. It was extremely hot outside, so when I came in, I asked if I could have a cup of water. I was told that they do not give out cups of water, which was fine—I was willing to pay for it. However, I was then told that I would need to make a purchase, so I ended up buying a bottle of water. This morning at approximately 5:00 a.m., I ordered a tall blonde coffee. The brew was clearly burnt and tasted like it may have been leftover from the previous day. I recommend that the staff ensure the coffee is fresh before serving it. A bit of attention to quality control would make a meaningful difference.
