No toilet paper EVER in their restrooms! For a shop in the mall that’s always packed come on do better!
You know you’re in bad shape when you need to charge for hot water. Needed it for my daughter’s bottle to warm up her milk. Mind you we bought coffee 15 min before. Shame on this store, truly pathetic and disgusting.
Birthday drink saved! I went to a different Starbucks earlier and my drink was totally wrong with extra ingredients, not what I asked for. I had already driven off and didn’t have time to go back. I stopped by this Starbucks hoping they could help and they really came through for me. They remade the drink exactly how I wanted it, no hesitation, and it was PERFECT. Honestly made my day. Did pick-up order during my lunch break but when I went in my order was gone :(, the staff we very helpful and made my order quickly! They were all diligent and kind
Cashier refused to take a $50 bill from my 76 year old grandma for a $15 order. Then they just left our drinks on the counter. Didn’t call our name
