Did pick-up order during my lunch break but when I went in my order was gone :(, the staff we very helpful and made my order quickly! They were all diligent and kind
Cashier refused to take a $50 bill from my 76 year old grandma for a $15 order. Then they just left our drinks on the counter. Didn’t call our name
Inside mall. Small, narrow store. Usually a substantial line. Bathroom for customers, not being hawked over. Staff goes above and beyond.
I have been to Starbucks twice this year and the first time the person asked me if I wanted my change. I said “ of course!!” The second time a different cashier said “here’s your change if you need it. “ I said that “its my money and of course I want it!” Is chiseling the customer an official policy or just an attempt by workers to obtain a living wage?
Great staff at this location but they really need to replace the couches. They’re dirtier than a free couch from Craigslist.
