March 2026 - I honestly don’t know why I gave this location another shot. It’s insane to spend nearly $4 extra on protein milk & protein cold foam on a drink that was supposed to have LIGHT ICE to then turn around and put extra ice past the top line. The very bottom line is the max for light ice. Most locations I go to actually read the print out label & follow what the customer is requesting. Great location. My coffee is always made just as I request it.....customer are treated with patience and importance.....great manager there!!!
This location needs to improve on learning how to make good matcha. Whether it be hot or iced I’ve had to be extremely aggressive in order to receive a half decent drink. Last time I ordered pickup they hadn’t even started on by drink while I was standing there. Not pleased with the time or quality of service. Sorry.
Employees are always extremely nice, and my order is always right! However, the service is just about always super slow. The last few times I’ve been I sat in line at least 15 mins (with only 2-3 cars I. Front of me) before getting to the window to sit another few minutes while they finish my order. Today was no different. Also, today AFTER placing my order I was notified that they're only accepting gift cards, cash or pay through Starbucks app. They are always really nice, but not my favorite location.
