I usually don’t leave one star reviews but I believe this owed…. I have gone here since their opening as I live close by and it’s convenient for me to come to this one rather than treck across town… but boy oh boy next time I will make the extra 10 min drive to go the Starbucks on north front. I’ve gone to this Starbucks several times and every single time they somehow always manage to make the drink wrong… I always order an iced Dubai chocolate matcha. So i order a specific drink with vanilla sweet cream, I get it made daily it seems every time one employee is working she tells me they can’t steam the sweet cream, it’s never a problem only when she’s working. She’s also very rude , Someone needs to do better at there job or maybe find one more suitable, because customer service isn’t for her Sincerely an unhappy customer
Absolutely LOVED this Starbucks and for me the best in Belleville. Staff are so nice that they deserve a 10! I will definitely come back!
