Taste of the drink itself was 10/10 but I asked for *light* ice not *extra* ice ya’ll🥹 Better luck next time :( **Update: Tried taking their reply into account. Never fails, every time I go in to pick up a delivery order, employees just look at me and don't ask if they can help me. I have to be the one to ask for help, then they have a look on their face like I'm wrong. Other Starbucks employees greet people with a good morning and acknowledge they are there for whatever purpose. I hate coming here. Yet again, well one of many. Went to pick up a delivery order. I asked for it and was told to wait. After some time I noticed the employees were just socializing and taking care of other customers. After like 15 mins I seen another driver came and he asked for his order. Immediately he got his. If I didn't step up to ask for the status of it they weren't going to let me know that the order was ready. They came across as if they didn't like my Jesus shirt. Even looked at me dirty when I asked for the status.
