Slowest location I’ve ever been to. They must be understaffed. The cashier is having to prep food orders between taking orders. 40 minutes just to get an ice coffee. Consistently 20+ people standing around waiting on drinks. Management fail.
The blonde female barista the evening of 6/5/26 was super sweet! I wish I'd caught her name. My father has early dementia and gets easily confused. He tried to pay with a $100 bill even though I had told him I had my gift card. The barista told him she couldn't break $100. I used my card to get him a piece of coffee cake and went to the restroom. When I came back my dad had a cup of coffee. I checked in with her and she said he had tried to pay again with the $100 bill, but she told him I'd taken care of it and got him coffe... read more
SLOW service. I actually canceled my iced coffee because it was going over 10 mins and there was 1 person in front of me….would not recommend.
Damaging was excellent! He and his team made sure I got the caffeine kick I needed. He fixed my drink and it was delightful . Hats off
