Service has mostly been excellent! We’ve encountered some of the best baristas here that provide greater than the average Starbucks service! Not everyone in the history of this location has been perfect, but this is one of the best! Corporate has continuously reduced their focus on their customers, but the staff here provide great service nonetheless!

8 total tables in the place and all 8 were FILTHY, including the chairs leaving nowhere to sit. A nearly empty shop with 6 people on staff effectively standing around doing nothing. For whatever reason, this location uses paper straws which last all of two sips before wilting and becoming completely unusable. Just go to a different location, or dunkin. It's a shame this newly remodeled location is a dump.
