Poor Management. Online “in-store” pick up. Then, sign placed on door and locked. Only option to retrieve hot drink, wait in half hour drive through line. Thus, both cold and hot drinks, now warm, and plus…..half hour drive through line was an added pleasure.
They closed before their time advertised ! I go to Starbucks all the time! That’s not acceptable !
Bri and Maddie were great, in spite of freezing cold conditions! It’s 2025 - get them some Starbucks gloves and a raise!
They were remarkably understaffed, waited 15 minutes for our drinks. Staff was working very hard and still remained friendly.
