Im giving a 3 stars review because when I brought in my drink because I found a long red-hair in it and politely asked for it to be remade and maybe put her hair up, the culprit rolled her eyes. However DJ was extremely sweet and over the top with giving me a gift card. I definitely will go back, just maybe ask for a different barista
With all due respect, the lady name Jessica needs to work on her costumer service skills. She made me very uncomfortable.

This is hands down the worst starbucks I’ve ever been to. Store manager is extremely rude to customers, will argue with them in front of other customers and baristas. Baristas here seem overworked and stressed from the poor management. All employees were incredibly sweet except the manager. Drink was very well made. Starbucks, please do better.
