UPDATE October 2025: Went to this location again 2 days in a row and had amazing experiences both times. Day 1 I didnt even try to order my normal drink (to avoid issues) and everyone was super friendly. Day 2 (today) it seemed like a different team but I decided to ask if they could do my normal drink and they accomodated. Came here for the first time while visiting family. I stopped to get a coffee and two cake pops for my little guys. The cashier at the window was so incredibly sweet and added an extra cake pop to my order without any issues (I asked if it would be too much trouble and if so, then to not worry) but the manager was yelling at me through the window for adding “extra” to my order, and that it’s not allowed, which I didn’t realize seeing as it was my first time here, and then she yelled at the poor sweet cashier for being nice t... read more
Six employees working away at 8am. No other customer but wasn’t helped for quite some time. Rude and quiet employees essentially telling us to order on the app.
Bad service and they get your order wrong!
