The absolute worst customer service in four countries! The manager treats her staff horrible and does not give them any kind of support. When addressed with a customer issue instead of apologizing and fixing it they berate the customer. When you order half and half in your cold brew they try to charge you for breva which is steamed milk meant for a latte.
