I won’t lie the drinks are great, but it’s been on multiple occasions where they’ve forgotten stuff from order or messed it up. Today for example i asked for 2 venti matcha iced with cold phone, payed 20 dollars just for them to take forever and still give me the wrong size, they gave me a grande. Last time i asked for oat milk and they did not give me oat milk. Honestly, I have never received a good coffee. Coffees are always either all milk or taste extremely bitter. Workers are ok, inside is decent.
Used to be quick and consistent, but ever since the new staff started, it’s been nothing but confusion, delays, and wrong drinks. The old team always had things running smoothly, but now it feels like no one really knows what they’re doing. Orders get mixed up, drinks come out tasting different every time, and it takes forever to get your coffee even when it’s not busy. I really hope they get the new employees properly trained soon, because this used to be one of the best Starbucks locations around
Food and drinks are great as always! But if you are looking forward to have a Starbucks drink, I highly recommend not here unless you want to wait 15 minutes just for one drink.
