Impossibly slow service. Never again!
They did not have a good system down to manage the flow between drive through online orders and walk ins. I waited 15 minutes for my order and finally walked away when it was clear that people in front of were still a long ways out from reviving their order. It was obvious the people working there were stressed and did not have enough staff working.
Door dash driver. Don't go there I had to wait while they served many other customers Slow and unprofessional Other Starbucks locations ate better. SO IS CITY BREW
I ordered a drink online for drive though pickup, when we arrived the line was wrapped around the building. It had already been over 10 minutes and I was sent a notification on the app before we went that my order was ready for pickup. My husband went inside and asked if we could pick up our drive through mobile order in store since the drive though line was so long.
