Always a busy spot, they do their best to get you in and out with a smile.
I've travel through Yreka somewhat frequently over the last 3 years and I always stop at this location for caffeine and (usually) clean bathroom. But honestly, more often than not, there is some sort of staff interaction that is less than welcoming. Unfortunately, no exception today I know the company is problematic overall and I have been a hold out due to selfish reasons. I guess I'm a Karen announcing my departure.
Ordered in app before leaving our hotel to grab it on the way out of town. Took fifteen minutes for a drip coffee and cafe misto. Others walked in, ordered, and walked out with their drinks while my wife was standing there waiting. (Even after checking that they’d actually received our order.) Cars in the drive thru were also served. And to top it off, no smiles or friendliness from any of the baristas.
we arrived five minutes before 11 AM and saw the line to the drive-through was pretty backed up, which is normal so we expected a little bit of a wait time. The line for the drive-through died down so much that we Started to question whether our food could be being prepared Along with our drink drinks.
