They were very kind.
I think this is the best Starbucks. Although it was my fault, they solved the problem by offering me a new coffee. They were very kind.
Staff is super sweet but got the wrong mobile order twice in a row now.
I’m highly sensitive to caffeine, so after I placed my order for a decaf caramel macchiato on Uber eats I called to just reconfirm it was made decaf which they nicely reassured me it would be. When I got my order it said “I promise it’s decaf :)” and that just made me smile! Such small acts of kindness can really make someone’s day! You guys are awesome, thank you to the nice barista who made my drink and took an extra strep to reassure me it was decaf!
