I’m highly sensitive to caffeine, so after I placed my order for a decaf caramel macchiato on Uber eats I called to just reconfirm it was made decaf which they nicely reassured me it would be. When I got my order it said “I promise it’s decaf :)” and that just made me smile! Such small acts of kindness can really make someone’s day! You guys are awesome, thank you to the nice barista who made my drink and took an extra strep to reassure me it was decaf!
This location has been inconsistent as of the past few months in my opinion and others I’ve asked around this town.I shouldn’t have to go back EVERY time to have my drink corrected. Orders clearly don’t know how to be read, Even though they have a very clear ticket with add ons written right on the cup. Plus having to deal with attitudes from employees for having to remake and correct order, super unnecessary giving that my time is being wasted for what I ordered and they’re already at work.
This afternoon I entered the Bayport location and tried to pay for a coffee with my app. WIFI was down and I could not access my account. A middle-aged barista stood there and offered no assistance and allowed me to walk out of the store empty handed. After being a Starbucks customer for years ordering across the USA and oversees, she never offered me a coffee knowing this. I would have gladly returned to pay her. Poor customer service.
