Extremely disappointed and never going again. I always order an iced espresso with LIGHT. ICE. They always get it right. But not today. I watched the barista scoop a giant scoop of ice into my drink and then GET MORE ICE. There was so much ice my straw got marks and started bending when I was trying to mix it and salvage it. I payed $6 for just espresso and cold foam, no oat milk was added, the cup wasn’t lined before she added ice. No cinnamon, my order says EXTRA cinnamon. I will not be coming back unless this is resolved.
One of my favourite place
Always get my order right. Always incredibly friendly staff. Baristas are often unfairly expected by society and their industry to go beyond the scope of their job in order to make customers experiences "perfect". I wonder if the people who complain on here put that much effort into their own occupation. I've witnessed the staff at this Starbucks remember peoples regular orders and greet customers by their names, as well as remake drinks that aren't 10/10. You really can't ask for better than that.
This is my favorite Starbucks place, and the workers here are my absolute favorites. I study here every day, and the staff is simply the best. They consistently make the best drinks without any mistakes, even during rush hour. Plus, they’re incredibly talkative and bring a great energy to the place!
