It's not a bad place I wish it didn't feel so much like a fast food restaurant. I don't know how to better explain that.
I received the incorrect drink and when my wife asked to have the drink made correctly they started talking about her thinking she wasn’t looking absolutely the worst customer service I have had at Starbucks and the drink is still wrong.
9/10 visits they make the drink wrong and I have to return. I took a few months off from going hoping there would be some turnaround with the staff but the last two days, same issue. I'm not getting anything complicated, just chai teas, iced coffee or matcha lattes. The matcha is often bright bright green and not fully mixed so you get chunks of matcha in every sip yet magically if you ask them to remake it, it comes out the perfect color and texture.
