This location has consistently been rude and unfriendly whenever I arrive at the drive thru to pick up a mobile order. Every time, I’m told that I’m “early,” even though I’m simply there to pick up the order I already placed. I don’t understand how that’s any different from waiting at the window to place an order in person. At this point, the response is so consistent that it’s become predictable. A little friendliness and better customer service would go a long way.
