I, for the life of me, don’t understand why this is the only location that can’t make a caramel ribbon crunch correctly. I even ask for extra caramel and crunch because they never put ANY in it and they STILL don’t. Everywhere else puts some whip cream, caramel and crunch in the bottom. Drizzles some caramel on sides. Then tops it with the whip cream, caramel and crunch. This place fills the cup with the drink then drizzles a minuscule amount of caramel and barely any crunch (if they remember it at all).
