I’ve visited several locations, but this one truly stands out. From the moment I walk in—almost every morning—I’m greeted with such a great atmosphere. This is probably the best Starbucks my daughter and I have ever been to. Stephanie helped us and was great! She and the other ladies had a great attitude.
The guy with a black apron, strong accent, black hair/beard named Josi, Jovi, or Jose is SUPER RUDE. I assume he is a shift manager or something cause he had a black apron. Either way, he has horrible customer service. Starbucks needs to teach their employees to be better.
